• Account & KYC Information: When you register on Arivna, we collect your Full Name, Email Address, Contact Mobile Number (mandatory for anti-abuse KYC verification), and Project Use Case.
• Domain & DNS Records: We collect and process the domain names you register, DNS record configurations (A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, MX records), destination IP addresses, and routing preferences.
• Billing & Transaction Metadata: We store the Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, timestamp, domain length tier, and payment status. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, or banking PINs.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard non-identifying server logs, IP addresses, browser user agent, and session cookies necessary for authenticated session persistence.

Your data is used strictly for legitimate technical and administrative operations:

• To provision, route, and manage your custom subdomain on Cloudflare's global edge network.
• To authenticate you and secure your dashboard session.
• To process payments, verify transaction integrity, and prevent duplicate charges via Razorpay.
• To notify you about domain renewals, critical system updates, and security alerts.
• To monitor, detect, and mitigate cyber threats, phishing scams, botnets, and platform abuse.

We do NOT sell, lease, trade, or monetize your personal information. We share minimal data exclusively with trusted technical infrastructure providers necessary to fulfill the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: For programmatic DNS record creation, DDoS protection, CDN edge caching, and automated SSL/TLS termination.
• Razorpay Software Private Limited: For payment gateway processing, transaction verification, and banking reconciliation.
• Supabase, Inc.: For encrypted user identity storage, session token verification, and PostgreSQL database storage.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose information only when strictly mandated by valid legal process or court order under Indian law.

We deploy multiple layers of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration. All database connections are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and backed by role-based access control and strict firewall policies.

• Access and Updates: You can review and update your DNS records directly from your Arivna dashboard at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may request complete account deletion and erasure of your personal data by contacting contactus@arivna.com, provided there are no active dispute or billing reconciliation proceedings.
• Data Retention: We retain account and transaction records for the duration of your active subscription and as required by Indian accounting and financial regulations.
